About us

Kenya feels different when someone local has your back.

We were created to remove the stress of coordinating a trip across many providers — and replace it with one warm, dependable relationship.

Our promise

One person coordinating your stay, from hello to goodbye.

Kenya offers extraordinary hospitality, landscapes and experiences. Bringing every piece together can still feel overwhelming, particularly on a first visit. We listen carefully, recommend honestly and coordinate the details so you can stay present.

Truehost Tours is based in Nairobi and works only in Kenya. That focus is the point: the Mara, Amboseli, the coast, the highlands and the city are places we host regularly, not a brochure we pass along.

We welcome international visitors, couples, families, private groups and business travellers who want personal service instead of a one-size-fits-all package.

How we work

A trip in four clear steps.

01

Tell us the feeling

Share who is travelling, the pace you want, and the moments that matter. A fixed package is welcome. So is a blank page.

02

We shape the plan

Stays, drivers, guides and timing are lined up by one coordinator, with honest advice on what is worth the drive.

03

You arrive hosted

Airport welcome, transfers and the first night are already in place, so the trip starts calmly.

04

We stay with it

If a day needs to shift, you call one person. The rest of the plan moves with you.

Who we host

Different travellers. The same careful host.

Coastal Kenya

First visits

A clear route, a trusted guide and no need to stitch hotels and cars together yourself.

Couples

Quiet lodges, long lunches and a pace that leaves room for the view.

Families

Rooms that work for children, shorter drives and wildlife days that still feel special.

Private groups

One itinerary, one vehicle plan and space for the group to travel together.

What we believe

Travel well. Feel hosted.

  • Local, not generic

Recommendations come from places and people we would use ourselves, across safari, coast and city.

  • Honest pacing

We would rather you see less and enjoy it than rush from park to park.

  • One relationship

You are not passed between a hotel desk, a car company and a tour desk. One host holds the thread.

Your Kenya, your way
