Day 1
Nairobi
Arrival and a night in the city. If there is time, a short visit to the elephant orphanage or the national park.

Day 2
Road to Amboseli / Amboseli swamps
South through the plains to Amboseli. The evening drive is for elephants and the first chance of the mountain. Dawn on the swamps, midday at the lodge, and a second drive when the light softens. The herds here are used to vehicles and often close.

Day 3
Amboseli to Tsavo West
A last Amboseli morning, then east into Tsavo West. Shetani lava or Mzima Springs fills the afternoon.
