How the days unfold.
Day 1
Mombasa
Fly or drive to the coast and spend the first hours in Old Town and Fort Jesus, then continue to Diani.

Diani Beach / Dhow and forest
A free day on the sand. The only plan is the tide and a table for dinner. A dhow sail and a walk in the coastal forest, then the beach again.

Another beach day / Diani to Tsavo West
No safari. Spa, snorkelling or nothing at all. Morning transfer inland to Tsavo West and an afternoon drive among the red elephants.
