How the days unfold.
Day 1
Arrive in Nairobi
Meet at the airport and settle into the city. Briefing on the Maasai hosts you will meet and the pace of the week.

Day 2
To the Maasai Mara / Hosted Maasai day
Road or flight west into the Mara. Evening drive on the plains with time to settle into camp. A full day with a Maasai community: cattle, homestead life, crafts and conversation with a host who translates. Optional short dusk drive.

Day 3
Mara wildlife / To Amboseli
Dawn and late-afternoon game drives. The guide keeps culture and wildlife in the same story rather than as separate tours. Travel south to Amboseli. Evening on the swamps among the elephant herds.

Day 4
Amboseli and local hosts
